Cara Festa 2025 is not only a festival connecting the community, spreading the spirit of youth and dynamism, but also a milestone marking the operation of a number of great utilities at the CaraWorld super urban area.
The event opened with the opening ceremony of the Song Town model house, a subdivision that is receiving investment attention at CaraWorld. This will be an opportunity for customers and investors to have the most realistic experiences of their own beach house.
Following the event, the investor KN Cam Ranh officially inaugurated the CaraWorld welcome gate next to Cam Ranh international airport – a new symbol of the urban area, designed in a modern style but still in harmony with the local culture.

CaraWorld’s 18m high welcome gate, made entirely from steel, is expected to be the largest steel welcome gate in Vietnam. The unique design is inspired by the image of ocean waves and paragliders catching the wind, carrying the message of harmony between nature and the pioneering spirit of coastal people.
“The welcome gate is considered a “greeting from Cam Ranh to the world”, affirming the aspiration to reach international standards of a city that is gradually changing strongly. We expect this to be a new check-in point, attracting tourists when they set foot in CaraWorld in particular and Cam Ranh in general”, the investor representative shared.
After the ceremonies, the atmosphere will turn vibrant with the colorful Cara Fun Run, marking thousands of joyful and colorful moments. Not running for achievements, the activity brings the spirit of connection, freedom to express personality, promising to bring memorable moments to everyone participating.
For families with young children, the children’s floating area will be an attractive destination. Located right on the beach, this area not only ensures safety but also provides an ideal space for children to exercise in the summer. The event is also arranged with food courts, soap pools, beach volleyball, “water gun war” game areas… to enhance the experience for attendees.
